With writers Paula Yuen Lie Sie and Iris de Ridder and designer Marijn Kloosterboer, we documented the native culinary habits of over twenty new Dutch migrants. The result was a view in kitchens from South Korea to Venezuela and Tanzania to Bosnia among others.
